We are looking to hire a Superintendent with Multi-Family Construction experience. We have a completed numerous Multi-Family housing complexes through out the area with great success. What You Will Be Doing -Oversee jobsite and ensure things are going according to schedule
-Manage subcontractors
-Make sure project is staying within budget
-Coordinate safety meetings and ensure everything is to the correct standard
-Inspect quality of materials
What You Need for this Position -Over 5 years of Superintendent Experience
-Strong background in Multi-Family Construction
-Experience with up to date software's
-Ability to communicate well with others
