Our client, a successful commercial real estate firm, seeks a direct hire Assistant Property Manager to join their Rockville office!

About You:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role.
• 3+ years of experience in property management or commercial real estate required.
• Proactive, forward thinking and customer service oriented.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Able to drive between multiple properties in Maryland and Virginia.

The Job:

• Manage all tenant-related duties, including move-in/out coordination, planning events, and providing follow-up to ensure all tenants are satisfied.
• Support all aspects of property maintenance.
• Develop systems and maintain all building record processes.
• Manage bid process and contracts for all vendors.
• Other duties as assigned.
