Local construction company experienced in interiors, exteriors, new construction is hiring an Assistant Project Manager with 2-3 years of construction experience whos goal is to provide the highest standard of construction services through out Texas and Louisiana.
APM responsibilities
- Prepare job costing reports
- Assist in project closeout process
- Understand the terms and scope of the contract as it applies to the project
- Help facilitate subcontractor activities under direct supervision
- Track material, production, and project costs and provide documentation to PM
- Basic estimating, take offs, bidding, and quotes
- Experience in Commercial Construction
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management preferred
