Job Summary: --

An Assistant Project Manager for SCI retains the overall responsibility for the proper and complete execution of the contracts for which they are assigned. Assistant Project Managers are expected to successfully execute their responsibilities within the framework of the Values of the Company, as delineated by "The Employee Handbook", and within the guideline as set by the EMCOR "Code of Business Conduct & Ethics".

  • Client Relationships
Qualifications: --
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Science, or a combination of education and experience preferred
  • High School Diploma required
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Mechanical and/or Plumbing Construction Management
  • Working knowledge of and ability to apply OSHA or other safety standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
  • Manage entire Project Field Team
  • Reports directly to SCI Operations Manager
  • Yearly evaluation per written Performance Agreement
  • COINS knowledge is a plus but not required
