(Contingent upon available funding): 0.00 - 0.00, Commensurate with education and experience Work Schedule: Typically 8 hours/day, 5 days/week Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary: The Assistant/Associate Professor is a tenure-track, full time (12month) faculty position at the rank of Assistant/Associate Professor. We seekto hire outstanding scientists in the fields of cellular or molecular biologywho will develop a creative and innovative research program, attract extramuralfunding, provide research training for graduate and medical students, and teachin medical and graduate courses.

The successful candidates will be based at the Oklahoma State University Centerfor Health Sciences campus in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The candidates will participate in teamteaching using in person or telepresence in the Nervous Systems and/orDevelopmental Anatomy course concurrently with the faculty based at the OklahomaState University College of Osteopathic Medicine campus in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.The candidate will be expected to participate in teaching graduate courses intheir area of expertise.

Two positionsare offered in the field of Cellular/Molecular Biology and research interestsin neuroscience are of particular interest. The letter of application should alsodiscuss teaching experiences in the neurosciences, including neuroanatomy withcadaveric specimens (e.g., whole brains).

Oneposition is offered in the field of Developmental/Functional Anatomy andresearch interests in functional anatomy are of particular interest. The letterof application should discuss teaching experiences in Developmental Anatomy andVertebrate Paleontology.

Laboratory space andstart-up packages will be negotiated based on the candidate's needs and recordof success.

Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds, stoop, reach, stand, walk, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, andperform repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Required:
- Ph.D. in Cellular and/orMolecular Biology, Neuroscience, Anatomy, or a related field
- Postdoctoral research or professional experience
- Previous experience teaching in a medical school
- Proficiency in instructional technology
- Interest in teaching collaboratively
