What You Will Be Doing - Working closely with the Chief Portfolio Officer in managing our portfolio of 27 properties of 1200+ units
- Ensure optimal financial and operational performance
- Maintaining and building relationships with existing and prospective commercial tenants
What You Need for this Position - Minimum 4 years experience in Commercial Real Estate, Public Accounting, Capital Markets, Banking, or related fields
- BS in Real Estate desired, business or finance also a plus
- Work with a team oriented mentality
- In office position, requires reporting to our Oakland, CA HQ
