Assessment/Accreditation Assistant

Location: Moscow

Division/College: Vice Provost for Academic Initiatives

Employee Category: Temporary

Pay Range: $15.00 or higher depending on education and experience

Full/Part Time: Part Time

Position Summary:
The assistant to the Associate Director of Accreditation and Assessment will assist with data entry and analysis, designing/creating training materials, work with external vendors, departments and/or faculty to resolve user-reported issues related to the assessment and accreditation management systems (Anthology), as well as general support and maintenance, and performs routine office tasks such as record keeping, and communications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in education, social sciences, or business
• Experience with learning assessment or program evaluation
• Experience with technology and working with large files and datasets
• Experience editing and writing business correspondence using proper grammar and punctuation as demonstrated in application materials
• Experience working in a service-orientated team environment to accomplish shared goals
• Experience prioritizing assignments to complete work in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience providing administrative support to others
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills and professional demeanor
• Strong time management and organization skills
