This technology places collaborative robotics at the forefront of the rapidly growing robot market. We are excited to have a new member join our Precise team in Livermore, California.

What you'll do:

•Perform manufacturing operations related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final system assemblies.

•Work with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks as well as conducting experiments.

•Determine or assist in developing methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings, and/or diagrams to control or modify the manufacturing process.

•Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.

•Provide guidance to other non-exempt personnel and may lead or supervise activities within a team lead function.

•Follow established procedures, processes, or policies.

•Resolve problems with assistance from peers or supervisor depending on the level and complexity.

What you'll bring:

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field preferred.

•5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in a high-tech industry.

•Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.

•Experience in conducting experiments, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.

•Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

•Proficiency in using sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data.

•Proficient in the use of sophisticated programs and tools to collect and evaluate operating data.

•Demonstrated ability to mentor and transfer knowledge to more junior staff members.

•Ability to exercise judgment in interpreting procedures and practices and in recommending changes.

•Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

•Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
