YOUR ROLE

The Area Security Analyst will support projects for North America's Infrastructure Governance in areas such as Physical Security, Crisis Management, Investigations, Health and Wellness, and other ad-hoc topics as needed. This role is based in either Rocky Hill, CT or Irvine, CA. We will consider applicants at other Henkel administrative locations. This position reports to the Security Manager for North America.

  • Developing and documenting standards
  • Creating and conducting training
  • Auditing and revising procedures
  • Partnering with cross functional teams across the organization
  • Ensuring compliance with Corporate and regulatory standards
  • Key contributor to tactical implementation of Security strategy
  • Strengthening relationships throughout the organization
  • Assisting and leading investigations
  • Responding to security incidents
  • Guiding site Incident Response Teams

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and master new systems and processes, to understand and resolve issues, and to lead projects and drive changes
  • Knowledge of physical security systems and security technologies
  • Background in monitoring and assessing open-source information
  • Experience in crisis management planning and implementation
  • Familiarity with threat management and workplace violence mitigation
  • Investigative or auditing experience

Thesalary for this role is $70,000.00 - $90,000.00. This is the range that we ingood faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. Wemay ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is onlyapplicable for jobs to be performed in Connecticut. This salary range mayalso be modified in the future.
