Overview

Lamp Rynearson, a multidisciplinary consulting firm is seeking a collaborative and creative qualified Senior Project Manager to join our Aquatics team in our Kansas City, MO office!

Do you want to work with a variety of clients and projects knowing that what you do makes a direct, positive impact on the community?We have a great opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with 6 + years of experience, or equivalent as a Project Manager, with a proven track record of successfully managing aquatic or equivalent parks and recreation projects. You'll plan, direct, and coordinate project activities for a variety of public and private recreational aquatics (swimming pool, water parks, etc.) projects. You'll track and pursue potential projects and, as part of a multi-disciplinary team, close the sale on new projects. In addition, you'll delegate duties to Project Engineers, Architects, Landscape Architects, and Technicians, collaborate in the creation of pool concepts and lead project presentations with clients, establish and maintain client relationships, and be responsible for major project design decisions.
