• Establish and manage existing and new client relationships
• Establish and manage team for designated territory
• Drive revenue growth for territory
• Territory & Team Compliance & Quality Control - Managing Analysts and Researchers during their production process, reviewing and signing off on their work prior to submission, staying current and ensuring reports are prepared in compliance with industry regulatory standards, and assisting in the drafting of internal reference memoranda for employees to follow for Company processes and report compliance.
• Territory Business Development & Relationship Management - Nurturing existing client relationships: checking in with cold relationships (defined as no engagements in last three months), managing inbound calls, bidding, client reviews, attending client events, etc. Establishing new business relationships with prospects: includes industry conference attendance, prospect lunch meetings, calling and emailing prospects.
• Territory Market Commentary - assisting in publishing thought leadership pieces on LinkedIn and like general and industry specific media platforms, and ensuring Company and/or Venture software is populated with accurate rating and adjustment logic for each market that you oversee
• Software Refinement - Providing detailed feedback on existing and future Company and/or Venture software functionality
• Reports to and works directly with Managing Director to ensure that team has all resources to be efficient to maximize revenue for the territory.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Active and in good standing General Appraiser Certification
• MAI Designation
• 10+ years of commercial real estate appraisal and/or market analysis experience with a focus in multifamily;
• Market recognized Multifamily Valuation expert
• Staff management and client-facing sales experience
• Established client relationships
