Ledgent is currently seeking an AP Clerk for a company in Winter Park! This is an immediate temp to hire opportunity!
Duties include:
- Stamping vendor invoices and calculating the appropriate due dates and discounts
- Inputting invoice and inventory reciept information into a spreadsheet
- Entering vendor invoices into the sustem to be paid and verifying theat the payment matches the invoice
- Scanning and filing invoices
- Process drop shit orders
- Minimum of 1 year of AP experience
- Effectuvely communicate with coworkers
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong attention to details
This is an in office position.
