In this role you will be a key member of the Third Party Labor team whose primary focus is the configuration and support our VMS. This is a collaborative role working closely with internal stakeholders of the entire business, will think creatively about solutions, and balance business needs with system capabilities. Under the direction of the Group Leader of Strategic Initiatives, the Senior Analyst will participate in the development, implementation, and enhancement of our VMS and systems while upholding strict data integrity and regulatory guidelines. This role also includes a focus on reporting, research, and data gathering from all pertinent related tools. This role will also manage all financial, spend and compliance reporting and assessments within Third Party Labor. Last, this role will be responsible for all policy and process documentation and communications.

You will participate in the testing of system changes, upgrades, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Investigating and analyzing technology problems, developing and implementing solutions in partnership with system users. Participating in gathering, testing, and change management associated with upgrades, innovative solutions, and enhancements. Along with others on the Global Recruiting Operations team, monitoring requests and inquiries to ensure customers receive feedback and provide solutions on a timely basis.

You will develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation for streamlined use of Talent Acquisition technologies. Providing training to a variety of functional teams on enhanced processes and new functionality. Extracting, collating, and analyzing data from a variety of sources and tools. Writing, maintaining, and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assisting in development of standard reports for ongoing business needs. Maintaining data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data regularly.

For this role you will need a bachelor's degree (in Human Resources, Mathematics, Computer Science or similar field) or equivalent experience. Minimum of one to two years of experience with data sets, reporting, and metrics. Minimum of one to two years Audit, Compliance and/or Governance experience. Proficient in advanced techniques of Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical skills, customer service, attention to detail, and business acumen.

Annual base salary gross: $63,300-104,650. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
