Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Each employee must keep both the company goals and customer expectations in mind when working through the daily operations. Review and maintain internal control documents, monitor training compliance, create spreadsheets, update weekly employee work schedules, process approved employee swaps, daily payroll processing, weekly performance reports, assist in audits and monthly inventories and act on behalf of the General Manager as directed. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently meeting specified deadlines
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff
  • Advanced ability with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent writing and speaking skills
  • Flexible schedule
  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment
  • Computer skills to include, QIK, MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of basic airport procedures and fundamental job requirements for gate and ramp agents
  • Current Piedmont employee with a minimum six months of service
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business Administration, or other related field.


Work Environment:
  • Standard office environment, use of computers and other office equipment


Physical Requirements:
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
