Our client is looking for an Agile Delivery Manager for a long term 1+year ongoing contract position. This could potentially become a permanent position.

• The delivery manager will oversee technology implementations. They will be responsible for working with several teams that may include development and engineering.
• This role will start on existing projects to get integrated and once this kicks off they will be focused on a new pharmacy project.
• The delivery manager will be expected to travel 20% throughout the year based on what upgrades or implementations are occurring in the pharmacy.
• They expect this will be on site daily from January to July 2025 at a minimum.
• This team is comprised of delivery managers and POs and their partners are app dev teams and engineering teams that develop and maintain the robotics, etc in the location.
• They will engage with execs and all levels in person at this site and project. Lots of visibility.

Required:

• Must have strong project management and organizational skills.
• Effective facilitation and quick comprehension of project scope to jump in.
• Agile environment using Jira (grooming of backlog)
• Creating Project Plans, identifying and managing scope of work
• Industry experience in either manufacturing, distribution or retail
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Experience with large scale projects
• Communication with C-Level executives
• Candidate should be in Delaware or within a comfortable commute proximity.
• Self starter, excellent written and verbal communication.
