Administrative Specialist IIClient Location: Juno Beach Florida, 33408 Anticipated Start Date: ASAPDuration: 6+Months Pay Rate: Negotiable on W2Job Description:

• Under general supervision, provides general administrative support to a department or group of professionals.
• Collects, compiles and analyses moderately complex data and information. Composes straightforward written descriptions of results.
• Requires the ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills.
• Typically requires a high school education or equivalent and two to four years of experience. Frequently reports to a department manager.
• Resources is seeking a new team member to join the Landowner Services group. Employees in this role will provide support for the Landowner Services team and Project Landowners. This role serves as first point of contact for landowners, conducts research to identify solutions to resolve issues and concerns throughout the various stages of the land development and operations process.
• This team member will assist with compiling basic information for inclusion in reports, receiving and responding to routine correspondence and answering inbound calls in addition to interacting with internal and external business partners. As we continue to grow we are looking for individuals who are customer focused, organized, team oriented, flexible and embrace change. Additional job responsibilities as needed.
