Salary/Position Classification
This position leads day-to-day tasks of projects funded under the NDSGC. This individual's responsibilities include providing support to the Assistant Director, Associate Director, and Director in administrative duties and some project management. Programmatic responsibilities include assistance on NIFs (NASA Internship and Fellowships), MDAPs (Mission Directorate Aligned Projects), CAPs (Competitively Awarded Projects), RID (Research Infrastructure Development), CAN (Cooperative Agreement Notice), and Synergistic NASA EPSCoR programming under the Assistant Director, Associate Director, and Director. Assists with projects led by the Graphic Artist in UND Aerospace. They also serve as a positive interface with all NDSGC stakeholders within the John D. Odegard School of Aerospace Sciences, the North Dakota University System, North Dakota Tribal colleges, NASA personnel, and state and federal representatives.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesIn compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the US and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. This position does not support visa sponsorship for continued employment.
