Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a great opportunity in Rockville, MD. This position is TEMPORARY (possible temp-to-perm for the right candidate). This role is HYBRID and will pay $20-24 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

Providing administrative support to office staff.

Preparing, creating and editing correspondence.

Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.

Filing and retrieving records, documents, and reports.

Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation

Helping prepare for meetings.

Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory

Using various software, including Outlook, Word, Excel and MS Teams

Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.

Opening, sorting and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence.

Requirements:

In-depth understanding of entire MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.

Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.

Professional level verbal and written communications skills
