Ardurra seeks an Office Manager to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.

Primary Function

Our Ardurra Phoenix office is looking for an Office Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our office; create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.

Office Manager duties and responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, making office supply arrangements, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative support to the Regional Director, Regional Client Manager, and Practice Directors. A successful Office Manager should have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties.

The Office Manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve day- to-day operations.

Primary Duties

  • Attend to all incoming calls, assisting caller and transferring to the appropriate team member
  • Greet all clients and guests in lobby area
  • Assist upper management with administrative duties
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments with the office
  • Oversee management of office supplies
  • Signing for deliveries and getting the items to where they need to be
  • Light duty upkeep of the lobby, kitchen, and conference room areas
  • Point of contact for office vendors and service people
  • Notify building maintenance with any office maintenance issues
  • Support teams with planning and execution of office events
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires; order key cards for building and parking, desk area supply set up
  • Assist with the creating and/or following company policies and procedures
  • Assist with Fleet Management
  • Assist with IT inventory and planning
  • Willing to assist Ardurra staff where needed
  • Liaison for the Ardurra Mountain Region and other Ardurra offices

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Must be able to speak to all levels of an organization professionally
  • 5+ years of admin experience
  • Bachelors degree (preferred)
  • Must have strong professional communication skills; strong written and verbal communications skills (phone, email, teams, etc.)
  • Consistent and reliable attention to detail, accuracy, and validity
