Administrative Assistant


We are in search of a proactive and efficient Administrative Assistant to assist our client in Roseville.

Hours: $20.00 to $23.00 hours, DOE

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Key Duties

  • Efficiently manage incoming calls and voice mails using a multi-line system.
  • Welcome guests, coordinate client meetings, and ensure appointments are confirmed timely.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring queries are addressed promptly.
  • Administer the flow of incoming and outgoing documents, including mail and faxes.
  • Produce various documents such as memos, emails, reports, and other communications as required.
  • Manage records through scanning, filing, and employing digital archiving solutions.
  • Keep office supplies well-stocked and maintain the neatness of shared spaces.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with a quick adaptability to new technology.
  • Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on professional client interaction.
  • Strong organizational skills, including effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • A professional demeanor coupled with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
  • Dependability and punctuality, with a keen eye for detail.
