Job Overview

• Position: Administrative Assistant
• Schedule: On-site, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Packing files
• Scanning and indexing documents
• Lifting standard file boxes (up to 40 lbs)

Qualifications

• Basic:
  • 1 year of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills
• Preferred:
  • Experience in a professional services environment
  • Attention to detail

Additional Information

• Pay Rate: Up to $40/hour (non-exempt; paid for overtime)
• Dress Code: Casual (no ripped jeans)
