The Activity Coordinator acts as part of a growth team committed to introducing community partners and seniors themselves to the value our primary care centers offer with the objective of procuring new patients.

Responsibilities

The Activity Coordinator is an exciting opportunity to lead the in center activities for the Care Delivery Organization centers. The role will focus on optimizing the daily, weekly and monthly calendar for the activity center in each center.

In the Care Delivery organization, we have an amazing one of a kind activity room in each of our Care Delivery Organization centers. Our patients and potential patients experience everything from arts and crafts to financial education in our activities. To continue to expand the access to the activity room events we are searching for someone to work closely with center administrators, community sales representatives and community partners to staff and host activities that engage and appreciate our patients.

Objectives of this Role

• Collaborate with center administrators and local sales channel management to design in center activities that engage our existing patients as well as attract potential patients in the community
• Lead the staffing needs of activity room activities and events
• Partner with center administrators, local sales channel managers and marketing to ensure effective promotion of the in center events

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Maintain in center activity room calendar for all centers in assigned territory
• Maintain staffing schedule for all activities planned in activity rooms
• Report out on activity attendance and satisfaction
• Manage the Salesforce data entry of pertinent prospective patient information
• Attend and facilitate activities as time allows

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Proven experience organizing and/or facilitating events and activities
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent communicator in written and verbal form

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with staffing events
• Experience with managing physician office activities and education
