Monday-Friday, full time schedule.

Compensation: $50,000-$55,000

Full benefits: H/D/V + 401k

Responsibilities:

Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently.

Code invoices and expenses in accordance with the company's accounting policies.

Address and resolve issues related to invoice processing errors, working closely with the third-party vendor and internal stakeholders.

Assist in vendor maintenance activities, including setting up new vendors and conducting regular checks on requisitions.

The AP Clerk will manage the AP inbox queue.

Requirements:

2+ years of accounting related experience.

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Excel experience.
