Clopay Corporation is the nation's largest manufacturer of garage doors and  industrial and commercial sectional doors.

We have an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk at our Clopay headquarters in Mason, OH.

The Accounts Payable Clerk processes for payment: vendor invoices, expense reports, and check requests, using established departmental guidelines.

Responsibilities/Principal Duties:

• Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and check requests for payment
• Review payable requests for accuracy using established departmental procedures.
• Timely and accurate data processing of all vendor invoices.
• Verify system set ups match invoice in regards to Term and Remit to address.
• Follow-up and assist to resolve holds placed on invoices.
• Reconciliation of Vendor Statements.
• Communicate with company employees and vendors to resolve problems/inquiries.
• Act as back up for other AP Clerks.
• Complete special assignments given by Manager

Qualified candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Two (2) years experience with basic knowledge related to payables
• Must have excellent data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to process large volumes of paperwork accurately and timely
• Good organizational skills, capable of prioritizing and coordinating paperwork for processing while following established departmental procedures
