Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for reviewing vendor statements, opening/distributing daily mail, maintaining AP invoices email, scanning, setting up vendors in Great Plains software, collecting W9 forms as needed and maintaining vendor and facility relations. Other duties may also be assigned based on department needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 yrs. age required, High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous work experience in accounts payable preferred.
• Knowledge of computerized accounting systems and worksheet programs (Excel) necessary. Experience with Great Plains software preferred.
• Strong written communication skills necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing duties necessary.
