Our local company is seeking an Accounting Specialist to provide essential support to our Accounts Payable, Inventory, and General Accounting Departments. Responsibilities:
- Ensure precision in financial records, handling full cycle accounts payable, purchase order entries, and reconciling vendor accounts.
- Thoroughly review and authenticate invoices and payment requests.
- Track expenses and efficiently process expense reports.
- Manage vendor files and correspondences effectively.
- Generate monthly reports using QuickBooks Enterprise and other software.
- Assist in the month-end closing process.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable and general accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong data entry and data management skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
