Role Overview: The Nonprofit Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing financial operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare and analyze financial statements.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Budgeting and Planning:
    • Lead annual budgeting process.
    • Monitor budget performance and provide insights.
  • Day-to-Day Accounting:
    • Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
    • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Grant Management:
    • Monitor grant expenditures and compliance.
    • Prepare and submit grant financial reports.
  • Audit and Compliance:
    • Coordinate audits and address findings.
    • Stay updated on accounting regulations.

    • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
    • 4years of nonprofit accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
