Direct Hire Accounting Coordinator role in Gainesville!
Salary: $50k-$52k
Responsibilities
- Maintain records of financial transactions by posting and verifying.
- Prepare and file sales tax.
- Reconcile bank accounts at the end of each month.
- Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable.
- Maintain a balanced general ledger.
- Support Month-end closing procedure.
- HS Diploma or equivalent required/Associate or BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
- 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Accounting role.
- Proficiency in utilizing PayApps for customer payments.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, intermediate skills in Excel.
- Must possess strong basic accounting knowledge.
