Purpose of Job:

Provides quality service to our customers through timely and accurate financial information and analysis.

Job Components:

• Verifies and manages all general ledger account reconciliations
• Responsible for franchise accounting
• Prepare general and recurring journal entries and secure financial documents by filing accounting documents.
• Obtains revenue by verifying transaction information; computing charges and refunds, preparing and mailing invoices, vouchers, and financial statements for other entities.
• Prepare footnotes for the corporate financial statements
• Research and complete special projects
• Prepare and analyze various reports
• Assist with Year-end Financial statement audit process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting
• 0 - 2 years of professional accounting experience preferred
• Knowledge of accounting principles and terminology
• Understanding of law, statistics, and general management as related to accounting

Scope Data:

• Provide work leadership to other Company departments
• Review the work of others
• Work independently and manage multiple tasks to completion with minimal supervision

Work Environment :

• Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to sustain posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time.
• Regularly required to use hands to grasp or handle, talk and hear.
• Specific vision abilities include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move 20+ lbs.
• Overtime as necessary.
