Position Summary

The purpose of this role is to be a part of a team that will help assemble and distribute waste and recycling carts throughout the country. This job will require travel for weeks at a time as you move with your team and A&D Supervisor from one project to another.

Accountabilities

• Communicate and discuss with supervisors and other team members PTZ (Zero accidents by FY22)

• Communicate with Supervisor on any safety issues for our trucks and trailers to make sure they meet all safety standards. Be an extra set of eyes inspecting any safety related issues

• Set the example for safety at each job with other A&D crews and crew members, reinforce with team members and execute the daily tasks (lifting stacks, building carts, delivery of carts, and load securement) and communicate all safety issues to your supervisor

• Communicate daily with your Supervisor on any potential issues that may occur in the field on each project

• Contribute to the feedback loop to obtain customer satisfaction target goals

• Be confident in your knowledge and experience and propose ideas to your supervisors to potentially make the project run more efficiently

• Achieve daily productivity as established and push to exceed budgeted productivity while not sacrificing safety or quality.

• Provide A&D Supervisor with costs concerns/suggestions for improvements as they arise and identify areas for savings and/or increase efficiencies

• Work and communicate with Supervisor (so they can address the quality/safety team) as needed to address and rectify quality/safety issues as they arise

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Able to pass a background check and drug test

• Able to work in a team setting under direct supervision of A&D Supervisor

• Work in all weather conditions

• Able to lift and move carts up to 50 lbs

• High school or equivalent

• General Labor Experience: 1 year required

• Travel up to 80% of the year
