DOW's Commercial Development Program (CDP) internship is designed to give qualifying college students experience within Sales and Marketing at a Fortune 100 company. Join a diverse group of interns from across the U.S. to embark on a summer of learning, project work, team building and community service.

The CDP Internship is a 10-12 week program that combines practical learning with on-the-job assignments to familiarize participants with the various technologies, people and processes which drive the inner workings of the Commercial Organization. Collaborating with a team, the intern will lead a project that has direct applicability to Dow's growth strategy and continued future success. The program helps participants develop competencies such as business acumen, interpersonal skills, time and project management, drive for results, as well as broaden their business perspective.

Participants will be given access to resources in order to perform to expectations and standards. They will be expected to work individually as well as in a team environment for maximum productivity. Participants will regularly interact with professionals of varying levels of positions, tenure, experience and expertise. Throughout the internship, participants will be given coaching and feedback in order to learn, grow, and develop their skills.

Minimum Requirements:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering/ Relevant military experience.
• Minimum GPA of 2.700 (4.000 scale).
• A minimum requirement for a U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

The CDP Internship will be based in Midland, MI. Personal transportation is a requirement.
