Overview

The person in this role will serve as the on-site expert in training all hourly associates - mostly order pickers. They wil help to develop and sustain the facilities' training documents, visual tools, and records of all associates who are trained, including HbI associates and temporaries. Training needs will include any re-training for those who have low productivity metrics. They will also mentor others to train and monitor their level of expertise.

Responsibilities

Mentors and coaches hourly associates on picking activities. Must have the ability to train three or more associates at a given time. Provides constructive feedback to associates and management team.

Communication - excellent skills needed, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish.

Functional Skills - functional knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment; Solid understanding of picking process.

Must be able to provide detailed feedback to associates and leadership

Qualifications
